My Precious Gem’s goal is to guarantee you complete satisfaction. However, if for one reason or another you are not satisfied with your order, you may, without any penalty, subject to compliance with the conditions defined herein, exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you have received the products purchased on https://www.monprecieuxgem.com/en/colliers-bracelets-boucles-doreilles-mon-precieux-gem. The jewellery must be returned to the charge and by the carrier of the customer's choice.
In certain specific cases, clearly indicated in the “revocation right” section, it will be possible to exchange items purchased.

Products must not have been modified or damaged

The products rendered must be given to the carrier within fourteen (14) days after the date you received them.
If you have met all the requirements, the supplier will refund you the price of the products purchased and returned, only the return fee will remain at your expense.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted as not in accordance with the conditions indicated above. In this case, you can choose to get the items purchased at your own expense. In the absence of such a request, the supplier may keep the products, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.
DISPLACEMENT AND MODALITIES:
After receipt and control, by the supplier, of the compliance requirements, you will receive an email to confirm the acceptance of the return of the products. Reimbursement is activated by the supplier as soon as possible, no later than fourteen (14) days after the exercise of your right of withdrawal provided that the exercise of this right meets all the conditions specified herein.

The actual refund on the credit card of your paypal account depends on the credit card company; Payment in cash upon delivery: refund is made on the current account you have indicated. The refund period therefore depends on the accuracy of the data you specify – refunds are usually made within one month.
If it is a gift, the refund of the amount will be made to the person who made the payment.
