In order to ensure the prompt and quality processing of the warranty request, the Customer will specify his or her contact details, order number and the reference of the item concerned and will specify to the maximum the problem encountered and, to the extent possible, attach to the email a photograph of the product’s defects.
All our products benefit:
– legal compliance guarantee
– the legal guarantee of hidden defects.
In order to be able to benefit from the guarantee of products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice for the product.
Contractual guarantees do not cover:
