  • Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code:

To benefit from the warranty, the Customer must contact the MPG Customer Service by following the following steps:

  1. Have the order number and the reference of the article concerned (this information is indicated on your purchase invoice);
  2. Send the request to the MPG Customer Service by email to the following address: contact@www.monprecieuxgem.com
  3. In order to ensure the prompt and quality processing of the warranty request, the Customer will specify his or her contact details, order number and the reference of the item concerned and will specify to the maximum the problem encountered and, to the extent possible, attach to the email a photograph of the product’s defects.

All our products benefit from:– legal compliance guarantee– legal warranty of hidden defectss.Pour to be able to benefit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product. Contract guarantees do not cover:– the abnormal or non-compliant use of products. In this regard, we invite you to consult carefully the maintenance advice, – the defects and their consequences related to the non-compliant use for which the product is intended – the defects and their consequences related to any external cause.
